I’ve had 2 great service experiences with Rob at American Door & Glass here in Lago Vista. Just yesterday, he and Paul serviced my 10 year old, very large sliding doors on my front porch. The job of installing new wheels and a track cover was a challenge due to the foundation settling over the years, which made removing the doors nearly impossible. They persevered and figured out a workaround that was a much safer approach to removing the doors and risking glass breakage. Rob is an excellent communicator who will talk you through all the details of the project before any work is performed. He and Paul took great care and attention to detail on this job that took much longer than anticipated. Thank you both for your patience with our sliders. We are finally able to enjoy our smooth rolling sliders again!!!
